Georgiana Lazar-O'Callaghan is the mother of Hugo, a 7th-grader at MIS.

Georgiana has a passion for education and creating career opportunities. She is a mentor for numerous mentees, as well as a coach. Since February 2024, she has holds the title of Executive Board Member and Head of People & Culture at UniCredit HypoVereinsbank. Her responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for the strategic leadership of the people and culture agenda for HVB Group in Germany and the international network (Milan, London, New York, Singapore, Paris). Perimeter of ca. 9000 staff in 6 countries
- Actively taking part as a member in the meetings of the Executive Board of UniCredit Bank GmbH and as an expert in the meetings of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank GmbH and its Nomination, Remuneration, and Audit Committees
- Currently she has rolled out a Future Skills program where every single employee has the opportunity to train on the digital skills of the future (AI, Cloud, Data, Cyber security)
